HOW DO I BOOK?:
Select your desired event date and submit an inquiry. An event coordinator will reach out to you within 48 hours of your request. Upon confirmation of your booking date, please read/sign our Event Space Rental Agreement and pay the $150 refundable incidental deposit to secure your date. (Additional terms regarding payment can be found in our online application).
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?:
Our clients have the flexibility of cancelling/rescheduling their event in the light of unforeseen circumstances. Cancel (90) days before your event date and we'll refund 50% of your deposit. (see additional info in our online application).
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?:
A refundable incidental deposit of $150 is due upon booking. Contingent on any damage/other applicable fees applied to your booking that may forfeit your deposit, all deposits are returned within ten (10) business days.
